Gothenburg Docks Boat Show opens its doors on 29–31 May 2026, and we welcome everyone who loves boats, the sea, the coast and the boating lifestyle.
In the heart of the beautiful entrance to Gothenburg Harbour, you’ll discover the latest boat news, passionate boating enthusiasts and a lively atmosphere filled with food, drinks and community. Here you experience the boats exactly as they should be experienced – on the water, in their natural element. Come aboard!
Activities at the fair
On 29–31 May 2026, we welcome all visitors with a passion for the sea, the coast and the boating lifestyle to Eriksberg. Located right in the beautiful entrance to Gothenburg Harbour, you as a visitor get to see and touch the boats in their natural element.

Try the boating life with Svenska Kryssarklubben
Svenska Kryssarklubben invites you to try out the boating life – completely free during the fair weekend! Feel the wind in your sails and experience the joy of being out on the water. Here you get the chance to try boating for real – sail an RS Quest or take a ride in an electric dinghy. The club’s knowledgeable instructors will be on hand to help you throughout the entire weekend.

Try sailing the 2 Kronan with Krona Varv
The 2 Kronan is a Swedish sailing dinghy designed by the accomplished sailor Erik Thorsell. The boat has been in continuous serial production since 1991 and today the 2 Kronan is the largest Swedish Championship class for multi-crew dinghies.
Krona Varv’s broad range also includes the smaller 1 Kronan and the keelboat C55 – perfect for the summer cottage, sailing camp, scout troop and racing club. Try sailing with us, and sail in style with Krona!

Try out MiniCat Guppy
The MiniCat GUPPY is all about simplicity and quick assembly, and is exceptionally lightweight at just 27 kg. The stylish sail design, combined with the absence of a foresail, makes this dinghy particularly attractive for first-time sailors and juniors who want to learn sailing technique and have fun.

Activity in connection with the fair
M/S Eriksberg – a journey through time
The vessel was built in 1910 at the Eriksberg shipyard in Gothenburg under the name Bore, and was used by the navy in Karlskrona as a transport ship. Over the years she has carried several names and served various purposes, including Aurora Borealis and later M/S Sandön, when she operated in the Stockholm archipelago and Lake Vättern and became a popular boat for tours and events.
In 2021, the vessel returned to Gothenburg – the very same place where it all began 111 years earlier. To mark the city’s 400th anniversary, she was given her current name, M/S Eriksberg, and today continues her journey with new experiences at sea.

Food at the fair
When hunger strikes between boats and jetties, you’ll find several food trucks on site – serving fresh bowls, delicious langos and fusion food that’s perfect for a day at the show.

Nennas typically serves organic sourdough langos, both as a main dish and as a dessert, generously topped with high-quality ingredients.
Havana Fusion Food Truck
Havana offers tasty burgers and fusion food along with flavourful Latin American dishes.
Thezas Delikatesser
Thezas serves good traditional home cooking – for example, the sea’s take on Wallenbergare, goulash soup and pan-fried beef patty.
Eriksbergshallen
In Eriksbergshallen there is a café serving food and drinks between 10:00–17:00 on Saturday and 10:00–16:00 on Sunday. (Alcohol service from 11:00 onwards.)

Två Gubbar Smashburger serves fish burgers, hamburgers and delicious smørrebrød.
